Returns
pilates-body-shop™ is committed to offering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it for an exhange or refund.
Up to 14 days after the items are received, your PayPal account or credit card will be credited for the full amount, minus shipping/handling charges.
After 14 days a store credit will be issued or an exchange can be processed.
After 30 days from receipt of purchase, items cannot be returned.
All items must be returned unused and must be received in resalable condition. To return an item, please include a copy of your invoice with a note explaining the reason for return. Returned items should be shipped to the following address:

Damaged Items
